What size are your cards?
My cards come in 3 standard sizes: A6 (148mm x 105mm), 145mmx145mm square and A5 (210mm x 148mm). 
Unfortunately I can’t do larger than A5.

How are your cards made?
Everyone of my cards is designed by myself. Each card is either printed in house on 300gsm card or 
locally in Newcastle on FSC certified 350gsm card.
The card is then paired with a matching 
envelope and both are then 
slipped into a clear cello bag which keeps them protected.

What is the turnaround time with orders?
Standard orders
I aim to dispatch all my standard orders within 2 days of ordering. The method of postage is Royal Mail First 
Class Post to the UK and Republic of Ireland and Airmail to the rest of the world. I will email you when your 
order is dispatched. 

Trade orders
I aim to dispatch trade orders within 1 week of the order, however large orders may take slightly longer.
I will give you a good indication of how long the order will take once an order is received. I will also
give you an indication of the postage costs prior to sending out the order.

Customised orders
I aim to dispatch customised orders within 1-3 weeks of the design being approved. Larger orders may take longer.

What is your return and refund policy?
Standard orders
If you wish to return an item you please let me know within 48 hours. Any item/s that you wish to return 
must be returned to me within 7 working days of receipt, unused and unopened. I cannot accept responsibility 
for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way back. Once I receive the returned item/s the refund
will be issued for the full purchase price. Unfortunately postage costs are non-refundable. The return delivery
costs 
will be the responsibility of the buyer. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Customised orders
Due to their nature I can’t accept cancellations on made to order or personalised products after order
confirmation. 
In addition, personalised orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have
been approved. 
Upon final approval of your personalised order I can not accept returns due to any and
all errors (such as 
misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the
information and layout as shown. 
If errors are discovered after proof approval, I am required to charge for
a reprint. 
 
It is important to me to provide a high standard of product and customer care. If you feel this has not been 
the case please let me know.
