What is your return and refund policy?
Standard orders
If you wish to return an item you please let me know within 48 hours. Any item/s that you wish to return must be returned to me within 7 working days of receipt, unused and unopened. I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way back. Once I receive the returned item/s the refund will be issued for the full purchase price. Unfortunately postage costs are non-refundable. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Customised orders
Due to their nature I can’t accept cancellations on made to order or personalised products after order confirmation. In addition, personalised orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your personalised order I can not accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, I am required to charge for a reprint. 

It is important to me to provide a high standard of product and customer care. If you feel this has not been the case please let me know.
